Located in Toowong’s busy and vibrant High Street, The Mercury offers modern Australian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The interior dining is simple and classic, with traditional black chairs and white tablecloths. However, for greater ambiance, the courtyard is the place to sit on a summer night, whilst talking with friends. The food range is extremely diverse, however the Rack of Lamb, complete with numerous spices, is too good to resist.
