Located in the city heart beneath the Sebel Tower, Palettes is one of Brisbane's newest cafes for the "twenty-something" cafe crowd who enjoy a late night retreat. There are modern Millennium-style fittings and all the glass walls give customers a great view of where the party masses are headed throughout the evening. A choice of coffee can be enjoyed, or maybe a selection from the fully licensed bar with all its top shelf spirit. Meals are light, ranging from nachos to sumptuous and healthy vegetarian dishes.
