It could be an Atlantic salmon being seared to perfection, or a Pacific Oyster getting the saltwater dressing. The smell drives you to grab a table at once. Owned by Russell Armstrong, who has many awards and restaurants to his credit, offers many of his signature dishes on this menu. A small but fine wine list also features on the list, giving the meal a well rounded feel. The places is almost always filled, hungry executives at lunch and leisurely couples and families at dinner time. Seasalt is worth a meal anytime!
