Sitting on the third storey of the building that incorporates both the Empire Hotel, the Moon Bar further fashions the Valley's tradition of supporting the local music scene. Dimly lit, quaint and quirky, it reeks of independent music spirit. Many local bands cut their teeth in this venue, to extremely supportive audiences. The emphasis is on the music, but the bar prices are reasonable and there are even a couple of international beers for the travellers looking for a taste of home.
