Forages is a well-established cafe and deli located in a small but lively shopping area of Taringa. The décor is simple, with plastic chairs outside, compared to the warm timber interiors. The atmosphere is busy but relaxing, with classical music providing a pleasurable dining experience. Apart from the huge variety of meats, cheeses, pate and sauces in the deli section, the cafe has excellent international dishes such as the Thai Chicken Curry or Indonesian Marinated Chicken Breast.
