WebsitePart of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, this multi-functional auditorium is designed primarily for orchestral performances. The most notable feature of the venue is the Kais Pipe Organ above the stage, which features an impressive 7,089 pipes. Acoustically tuned for an orchestra of 95 the hall is also used for organ and choral presentations, chamber concerts, brass bands, international conventions and fashion parades. The hall has a seating capacity of 2,000, with continental-style seating in a classical European form.
