The Cement Box Theatre is located at the University of Queensland and is the preferred venue of many local theatre companies. Companies that regularly use the venue are the Cracka Theatre Troupe, Mixed Company and many more. The modest theatre has a seating capacity of 196 and presents theatre in-the-round and other live performances. The theatre has an electric atmosphere full of optimism and excitement. The creative juices flow freely as emerging artists experiment and master their techniques.
