Over 35 years Queensland Aboriginal Creations has forged an international reputation as one of Australia's premier providers of authentic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art and artefacts.Using both traditional and contemporary designs and styles, the collection features work from Queensland communities and include fine art on canvas, bark and paper, hand-painted fabrics and clothing, jewellery, ceramics and sculpture, artefacts and souvenirs. The in-house gallery aims to actively promote, encourage and maintain the traditional skills of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, in addition to exposing their work to a growing world market. Exhibits change every two months.
