Website | EmailMerlo offers a world of velvet rich and silky smooth fine coffee. The highest quality of beans is imported from all over the world-Colombia, Brazil, New Guinea and Costa Rica. The beans are roasted every 72 hours and then blended into a range of alluring products. Merlo also stocks espresso appliances and home wares. Informal tours of the factory are available for AUD3 per head. Coffee appreciation nights are held on Thursdays for AUD120 for eight people (AUD15 per extra), this tour involves video and slide presentations, as well as tasting three coffees and traditional Italian biscotti.
