Today, his star shines over Brussels, with seasonal favorites like Wild Mushrooms in October and delicious Foie Gras in November. In fact, the entire menu is seasonal, but there is always a wonderful assortment of meat and fish dishes available. The restaurant has a new maître d'hotel and also a new sommelier who presents a wine list brimming with choices to compliment any dish.
