Chef Olivier Troch is an inventive man; do try his "Surprise Menu." Just tell the waiter what you like and don't, and try and guess afterwards what you've eaten. Rest assured: nothing bizarre is served here, the cuisine is classic Belgian-French and includes fish, poultry and pork dishes.
