Belgian law allows only tobacconists to stay open during all hours; this explains why every one of the many night shops in Brussels sell cigarettes. White Night is the largest local chain of night shops and prices here are slightly more reasonable than in the average night shop. White Night also sells newspapers and magazines and rents out videos. There's another White Night to be found in Rue Allard, close to Palais de Justice.
