This estate is located 40 km from Buenos Aires and 8 km from Acceso Norte. Its main feature is the Roggero Dam. The enterprise, which includes San Francisco Reservoir and Los Robles Park, is an outdoor activity and sports center. Practice water sports, fishing, cycling, ballooning, hang gliding, or even taking part in photo safaris. The premises also features cabins and a very well equipped camping area. Just beside the Predio, are the Ecology Park and the Francisco Javier Mu Municipal Museum of Natural Sciences.
