Sushi is all the rage in Buenos Aires, where the trend seems to have caught on a little bit later than the rest of the world. While most sushi places here offer little more than mediocre salmon rolls and should probably consider going back to the standard steak-and-potatoes fare, Comedor Nikkai, located inside the Japanese Cultural Center, is a solid Japanese restaurant with exceptional, experienced sushi chefs.
