Bio Restaurant is that rarest of things in meat-lover's Buenos Aires, a vegetarian restaurant. Its food is also mostly organic, and entirely delicious. Choose from soups, salads, sandwiches, stir-fry, pastas and a number of other options, including plenty for vegan visitors. Every dish always comes out artfully arranged and the service is excellent. Most of the staff speaks english, and there are menus in english, as well.
