This classy restaurant in Bankers Hall is a perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine. Subdued lighting, linens and small tables make for intimate dinners, and there is live jazz here on weekends from October to May. The menu features Italian and Californian-influenced cuisine and includes starters (try the pheasant pate), salads, seafood dishes (such as langoustine and sausage jambalaya), steaks, duck and chicken dishes and pasta. As the name of this place suggests, the wine list is impressive: short, but selective, with a focus on Australian wines.
