Website | EmailNow that hemp has gained a certain amount of respectability, there are many of these like-minded stores opening up. Hemporium was here before hemp was cool. Located on 17th Avenue Southwest, it offers a huge array of products made from hemp including bubble bath, incense and clothing. Although a little on the pricey side, the clothes last much longer than their 'non-hemp' versions because of the stronger fibers. There are also a number of interesting books, jewelry and artwork as well as information on the widespread use of this plant. There are hand blown pipes and tobacco smoking paraphernalia located at the back of the store, and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable.
