Website | EmailThe Playroom is a small L-shaped student theater, with a capacity of less than 70, but with bucket loads of charm. A few years ago the theatre struggled to attract an audience, but today it is enjoying a deserved renaissance. The intimate space and unusual stage make for engaging theater. There are student productions virtually every night of term, including Footlights Club Smokers (comedy evenings) on alternate Tuesdays. The Playroom also houses the annual student art exhibition. To find out what's on, have a look at the posters outside. Tickets prices vary, tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance.
