Website | EmailAs a member of both Auswim and Swim Australia, as well as being part of the Australian Institute of Sport, the AIS Swim School will look after you. In addition to "Learn to Swim" classes for all ages and levels, their expert instructors run a Water Polo school, "aquarobics" and water circuit classes, as well as swimming-leg training sessions for triathletes. Qualified and experienced therapists will help you with hydrotherapy and post trauma sessions.
