Website | EmailLanyon Homestead provides a wonderful, true to life, look at the way we were. Built in 1859, the homestead has been fully restored, and now houses exhibitions about history and rural life. All children, particularly those learning history at school, will be fascinated as they walk through the homestead. Visitors can also explore the original separate kitchen, dairy, stable and storehouse, and the beautiful, rambling gardens. After wandering around, sit and relax a while in the homestead cafe.
