Website | EmailLocated at Wee Jasper, Carey's Cave is one of Australia's many natural wonders. It penetrates horizontally into the side of a hill, and consists of seven chambers. The cave is full of spectacular crystal formations, rock sculpted by years of water erosion, stalactites and stalagmites. For those easily spooked, the cave is fully lit right throughout the seven chambers! Tours through the cave last for a minimum of one hour, and the guides are happy to answer questions on the way through. The caves are a hour and a half drive from central Canberra.
