Whether your are into swimming, aerobics or weight training, this center has it all, divided into color-coded rooms. The blue room features a 25-meter heated indoor pool, sauna, spa and outdoor pool for the aqua-minded; the white room, a circuit to help tone muscles; the green room contains a number of aerobic programs, while the black room is home to the aerobic phenomenon, "boxacise".
