Located within the Town Centre Sports Club, Maddisons specializes in stone grill dining. Overlooking the bowling green and tennis courts with views to the Urambi hills, Maddisons is a spacious airy restaurant. There is an extensive range of seafood, plus some vegetarian alternatives, but the specialty is stone-grilled fillets of fish and meat, including kangaroo. The stones are heated to incredible temperatures creating a superb taste.
