Located in the barracks and store building in the courtyard behind the historic Lanyon Homestead, this cafe should be part of any visit. Lanyon oozes cosiness and friendliness. Eat inside the 1880s building or outside at rustic benches overlooking the property on the hills beyond. The food is excellent featuring soups, vegetable quiches, pasta and home-baked pies, all freshly prepared with some dishes made from the vegetables and fruits grown on the estate.
