This cafe has only been established for several years but has developed a loyal clientele. The Fig has modern decor with a mediterranean feel. Check out the garden at the back with a small number of tables for alfresco dining. The food here is innovative, using fresh ingredients. For an entree try the Persian Fetta with Roasted Baby Beetroots or Tasmanian Salmon Salad with Rocket and Red Onion Salsa. Mains include White Truffle Risotto and Atlantic Salmon Poached in Coconut and Ginger, with Bok Choy and Sticky Black Rice.
