A restaurant for special occasions, it is given a personal touch with the award-winning chef, Jean Pierre, visiting all patrons during the course of their meal. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the lounge before moving into the restaurant or dine alfresco in the courtyards. You can book the Cellar Room, one of two private rooms amongst the bottles of wine. The food is superb classical French with Snails in Pastry, grills with subtle sauces, and delectable desserts. Wines range from AUD23 to AUD1,350, including the famed 1986 Grange Hermitage (AUD550). Entrees cost AUD18.50, mains AUD29.50 and desserts AUD14.
