WebsiteThe Carrington is an historic experience not to be missed for fine dining. Part of the Carrington hotel, the restaurant is set in a 19th century coaching inn. Roaring open fires, soft lighting and antiques make a romantic impression. The dishes include traditional favourites like roasts, chicken and seafood. Entrees are varied and include salads and vegetable dishes. Indulgent desserts of puddings and cakes complete the menu. Entrees are AUD11-AUD15 and main courses AUD16-AUD26.
