Mitzi's is the place to go on the south side of Canberra for genuine Austrian meals. The large airy restaurant, with wonderful views of the Brindabella Hills, is decorated with bright posters of Austria. The menu includes many traditional favourites, such as Kasshler Rippe (smoked pork) and Vegetable Strudel as well as schnitzels and pasta. Finish with Mitzi's own superb Austrian coffee and "Creme Johann Strauss".
