Kinh Do is a suburban treasure, serving wonderful Vietnamese cuisine. The service is friendly, and the very extroverted owner/chef loves to sit and have a chat with his customers. The decor here is functional, with vinyl seats and bare tables. Kinh Do is always crowded with families and large, celebratory groups. The food is always fresh and flavoursome, and some say this restaurant serves the best Vietnamese cuisine in Canberra. Highly favoured are the Vietnamese spring rolls (AUD3) and the vegetarian crepe (AUD8).
