Formerly a nightclub called La Grange, Minque re-opened as a restaurant and bar in fashionable Manuka. Minque is divided into three areas - a bar, a lounge with couches and easy chairs, and a dining area. The decor is grand and modern, in shades of grey with lavish use of metal and timber. The modern Australian cuisine can feature kangaroo fillets, char-grilled beef and vegetarian meals. The presentation is superb; the meals are works of art.
