Lynwood Cafe has recently won a coveted award in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. This whitewashed stone cottage is 170 years old. Gingham tablecloths and a fireplace make it cosy in winter. The luscious scones are an ideal morning tea snack. Chicken liver Pate with Sauterne Jelly and Brioche AUD11, can be followed with Farmhouse Sausages with green tomato pickle for lunch. Lake George Pinot poached Pear with Crème Fraiche Sorbet is a great way to finish the meal.
