WebsiteA favorite with the 18-20 somethings, Bobby McGee's is a bit of an institution in Canberra. Monday night is "hospitality night", and there is always a queue of excitable students stretching across the car park. Top 40 music is the order of the day, as well as old classics such as "Piano Man". The decor here is rustic, with interesting road signs, curios and pictures covering the walls. Dare to try the infamous house-specialty cocktail, "Illusions". There is a good range of beers and spirits available, and of course the champagne flows.
