Though not for those who are after an elegant evening, Jackson's on Northbourne bar is an absolute delight for karaoke lovers. Most patrons come here for a fun and often hilarious night with friends. Although dark inside and sparsely furnished, the background screen to the karaoke stage brightens things up. For those who prefer to dance the night away there is a second bar upstairs featuring a large dance floor and excellent lighting. While a selection of beers is available, the range of spirits is much more extensive and staff can whip up a selection of cocktails.
