Website | EmailThis club was opened in 1979 by ex-Prime Minister, Gough Whitlam. It provides a convivial meeting place for public servants from the nearby offices, university students and the public. Groups within the club include line dancing and bingo, and every Thursday and Friday, you can listen to live music. The Connoisseurs restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Special meals for AUD5.50 are served on Monday and Tuesday evenings. If you are feeling lucky, there are over 200 poker machines, lucky badge draws on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and a gala raffle on Fridays.
