Yet another option for enjoying the Caribbean is this pleasant fishing village called Puerto Morelos, with pristine beaches where the landscape remains intact. There is an underwater reef, ideal for diving or snorkeling. Part of the region known as the Mayan Riviera, is famous for its natural and historical attractions left from the Mayan civilization. There are also some rustic restaurants with a traditional menu in the surrounding area.
