It's springtime and the flowers are out! Although Cape Town's spring can lag behind other parts of the country, you can be sure that the Waterfront will be awash with bright colours in September. Everything from landscaping, gardening and flowers to indigenous plants and produce grown in the Western Cape will be on display. A 100-square-meter "Flower Carpet" is the highlight of the event. Look out also for flower arranging competitions and a children's environmental interactive workshop.
