A romantic way of seeing the Cape

If gliding is not your scene and you want the safety of a strong basket around you, this is the sport for you. Hot-air ballooning excursions are arranged over the Paarl district (weather permitting) during the period November to April. When in the air, enjoy a view of the Paarl Winelands and the Helderberg mountain range. Float effortlessly over the countryside in the early morning, while dreaming of the glorious champagne breakfast waiting for you at the Roche Hotel when you land (as arranged by your hosts).
