They have five basic principles: Diet to cleanse; Treatments to rejuvinate; Exercise; Relaxation; and Lifestyle Motivation. You're in for some hydrotherapy, massage, exercise and raw food, but the effects of a stay here are glorious. All treatments are administered under medical supervision.
