Fine wines are crafted from quality grapes grown on Blaauwklippen. The award-winning wines are produced from the 15 cultivars growing on the lower slopes of the Stellenbosch Mountain. Cape relishes and preserves prepared to Old Cape Malay recipes are sold in the Country shop. Weinwurst, Salami, and Chutney products are also available on the estate and sold during wine sales hours.
