A full view of Table Mountain as well as an almost hushed sense of tranquility produces a haven, which seems to agree with these vines. Although a relative newcomer to the wine establishment, Hoopenberg has become one of the country’s top boutique wineries. Accolades have poured in for the estate’s Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot ranges.
