Today, the estate continues the pioneering spirit by specialising in Cap Classique, and has named its range of Méthode Champenoise after the original founder, Pierre Jourdan. The Haute Cabriere Cellar Restaurant, where a quality range of wines compliments choice foods, overlooks the scenic Franschhoek Valley and the vineyards. Together with the wine, guests have the opportunity to order half portions of food allowing them the gastronomic joy of tasting many different combinations.
