The boat departs from the town pier, taking a slow cruise around Simon's Town bay, where you will enjoy all the historic sights and splendid scenery of Simon's Town. Along the way you're sure to encounter seals and bird life and even whales and dolphins in season. A special permit enables passengers to view naval ships, including strike-craft and submarines. The cruise, which is a great education for children, takes 40 minutes.
