The currently chef is Monsieur Francis Cardenau, who, as former chef at Kommandanten in Copenhagen, was rated with two Michelin stars. Le Sommelier has now turned into one of the hottest restaurants in Copenhagen. Many come here because of the exceptionally good selection of wines. It is very much a French-inspired brasserie, with an atmosphere suitable for enjoying your choices of wine and dinner. About 800 different wines are featured on the wine list. There are also cigar lists, coffee lists and tea lists with excellent options in each category. The cuisine is French country-style with rich menus.
