Website | EmailCafé Sommersko is a large and very popular place, almost legendary in Copenhagen. You'll find a mix of shoppers, tourists, businesspeople and locals, and a menu just as varied. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday, and brunch on weekends. Besides the standard café fare, they serve delicious low-fat and vegetarian options. Try the oriental flatbreads filled with vegetables and/or meat with yoghurt dressing. Prices are a bit higher than most cafés, and there's sometimes a wait during peak hours.
