Straight across the street from Regensen, one of Copenhagen's oldest and most prestigious halls of residence, lies Studenterhuset - with its beautiful ensemble of upcoming young men and women. The beer prices are low and the ambition level high. This is your shortcut to the soul of the Copenhagen student body. Ask for backgammon, chess or cards in the bar. The programme for each day of the week is different. It's Gays & Lesbians on Tuesdays, Exchange/Socrates students' day on Wednesdays, Live Jazz on Thursdays, and Post-Indie-Heavy-Gothic Rock on Fridays.
