North of the beautiful Palancar Reef, the Santa Rosa wall is for experienced divers only. At 50 feet, there is an abrupt drop off to huge coral overhangs. The strong current here allows for drift dives that sweep you past the various caves and passages that house sponges, rays, angelfish and other aquatic life. Many dive companies have tours to this dive site for the adventurous, seasoned diver. All visitors to this dive site must purchase a USD 5.00 bracelet from the Parque Marino de Cozumel.
