The Palacio Municipal is Cozumel’s City Hall where all government offices are located. It has the typical "hacienda" architecture found throughout the island. A large dome rests above an arch leading to an inner courtyard and interior that connects the various offices. All official government business is conducted within this building, so if you need to extend your tourist visa, pay a fine, file a police report or get general information, this is the place to come.
