Main course entrees include a variety of dishes, such as Fennel-Crusted Salmon, Baked Free-Range Chicken, Grilled Colorado Lamb Chops and Pancetta-Crusted Veal Loin. The dessert menu includes delectable creations, such as Coconut Creme Brule and Hot Strawberry Sundae.
