The serving staff (who are not easily ruffled) serve the imaginative 'new international cooking' to a lively clientèle with a huge smile. Menu items include lamb's lettuce with quail's meat or perch on basmati rice. In the evenings, it is a popular first port of call for young people on their way out for a night on the razzle. Not surprising, as the cocktails are good as is the cappuccino before starting on one's way. As soon as the weather has brightened up, barbecues are held on the terrace once a week with a stunning view of the old town.
