Opened in 1973, it has become a leading centre in the area dedicated to "positive physical energy and spirituality". This is an ideal place for those seriously searching for alternative therapies and self-healing activities such as Yoga, meditation and Tai Chi. All of the courses offered are taught by qualified instructors and there is a wonderful sense of family amongst those teaching, learning and living in the centre.
